I really like this piece Jaz. It is repetitive, i would recommend using commas or a colon. Other than the repetitiveness I love this.

Her mind was out of control, wild

I do not wish to be here

She climbed to the highest branch

Looking down she whispered,

Tears streaming down her face

A voice called out,

Dont do it, there is so much to live for

She couldn't help but think "do it."

It would end everything,

All the pain could be wiped away .

It would be a clean slate

Truths and Untruths

Why Can't These Be True.

  2. Why is Abortons an option? Babies should not have to pay for the mothers wrong doing. If she did not want to get pregnant then why have sex?
  3. World hunger should not be an issue, yet it is. People are so selfish and concerned with money that they do not want to help a starving country, and this goes right along with lack of fresh water. If your family was struggling would you want that, or even wish that on your worst enemy? No, you would not because unlike stepping on a lego it can kill you. Famine is not something you want to go through.
  4. Wars should not even be a thing. Who even started the concept of wars? I...

The Friend I Needed

This is becoming the new normal for me

It doesn't bother me, I quite enjoy it

I was in need of a friend like you

Who wouldn't judge me

Who understood,

What it's like to be emotionless

You are here for me,

and I hope you stay

Feelings

I tried to avoid it

I have ditched all feelings

Yet, somehow they still come

I don't want them

They only cause complications

Complications only cause havoc

Stripping you till you have nothing to hide

and when you are heart broken

You will be stripped of everything

Everything but the misery of losing them

Their very existence is reason to live

They are your everything

You didn't mean for that to happen

It just happened without a hestitation

And I don't regret anything

Everything happens for a reason

And you were meant to be my heart break

It was only temporary though

Until that special someone came

Someone who would triumph over anyone

I may not have found them yet

Its only because I still haven't let go

I have a while before I can

Only one thing stands in my way

And I am that the only thing stopping me

I Don't Belong

I do not belong here

In this classroom

On this planet

It is not for me

I'd rather be free

Free of life

Free of judgement

Free of everything

Where Were You?

Where Were You

When I was weakest, where were you

You knew I needed you

Yet you decided to abandon me

Crying in the floor

Where were you when I had those thoughts

The thoughts to end it all

It wouldn't take nothing but a second, you knew

Yet you left me

Where were you when I got better

Even though I no longer wanted that

It still crossed my mind

A part of me wished it to be true

Don't worry though

I'm fine now

I no longer desire to have you near

To tell you every detail from the day

I have yet another person to fill your shoes

I should be used to you leaving by now

Yet I'm not

I still need you

More than ever now

But I am afraid

Afaid that you'll leave

Leave when it gets tough

But I don't need that

I need someone to stay with me

Not just when the...
