Earth Lover that also loves to read and write.

You can find me outside somewhere. I'm a proud environmentalist from 5 years old.

I see that there is a new poetry competition here. I am not planning on submitting a piece. But if you want a review feel free to ask me, I will do my best. You don't need to review my pieces back, reviewing some pieces is a good motivation for me to stay active on this site :)

If the Storm Actually Came

FREE WRITING

If the sky was full of blazing lightning,
Would the clouds finally be satisfied?
If they created something so frightening,
That it would only continue to intensify?

I can't help but solemnly wonder
If I would finally be set free
With an angry sky full of thunder
And darkness as far as I could see?

If the storm actually came
Would I be ok with the rain?
Let it soak into my thin skin
No coat to keep me dry...
