He yearned for the stars,
and reached it.
We yearn for him,
but can only mourn.

No one to turn to.
I'm alone.
Like a plant,
I'm wilting.
Days wasted.
I've turned into nothing.
I don't have a personality.
I tried to love.
But I don't have emotions.
I can't feel. And it scares me.

The world's spinning too fast,
what do I do?
It's making my days shorter,
It's making me cry longer.
It's cruel,
I can't cope.
I'm trying,
but nothing's working.
I just hope,
while staring at the ceiling,
I don't lose myself.

Hey! Hey!
Wait for me.
Hey! Hey!
Don't leave me.
I just have to tie my shoes,
it won't take long.
Please don't walk away.
Please look back.
Hey! Hey!
Wait for me.
Hey! Hey!
Don't leave me.
Hold my hand,
so you don't go astray.
Leaving me lost in this journey,
you've dragged me into.
Hey! Hey!
Wait for me.
Hey! Hey!
Don't leave me.
At least not now.

Poets who conquer people's hearts,
with their words.
Knights who protect people's flesh,
with their steel.
Kings who signed people's rights,
with their quills.
For without the people,
there is no kingdom.
For without the people,
there's no one to serve.
Without them,
there is nothing.
So, be wary,
the rich and powerful.
That is my advice to you.
For once you lose your heart,
you'll lose everything it desired.

You wanted to leave,
so I took you home.
The silence was comfortable.
we hugged,
and I waited for you to go in.
You waved goodbye,
and closed the door.
I drove off,
not knowing,
It was the last.

Writing a story is impossibly possible. Creating a plot out of thin air is easy, just take an excerpt from one of your daydreaming sessions. Writing the first draft however is like seeing an angel, a miracle to simply put it, and the second draft, grueling work. Looking at the same page for hours, rereading the same lines for what feels like an eternity just to check the spelling, then grammar, then punctuation, and then whatever there's left to do...
