In my box of little things I keep just for my own mind,
there lies all the things I never say. Things I refuse to be true, even to myself.
They could be moments, feelings, or thoughts that have wandered over the horizon and off the Earth.
it could be how I never stopped thinking about you.
it could be the scarf I refuse to give away -
it could be the mixtapes I keep tucked away for my own...

Fall into me, bring me back to Earth, O gravity, for I am nothing without you.

What I now define as a painful past.
She was dying; but so unaware
Sadly, this would not last.
I look back to then and my tears stain the pages;
the ink runs, blurring those entries of so long ago.
I cry, knowing this journal was the solace in my cage.
Holding...

I Walked to your house.
10 o'clock on a fall morning.
I have let so much go to be with you- gave it all.
I arrive and you are sweet, cordial.
You take my hands in yours and say "How I adore you."
But things got too intense,
we went too far.
And those eyes of adoration turned into something else.
I worry that you see me differently.
Am I now a whore?
We haven't even been dating for a...
