PROMPT: Identity Quilt

I am water
fluid and clear
sometimes murky, a deep
unforgiving soul on stormy days
and a calm one when skies are clear

I am the earth
tilled soil with rich tones
brown and red clay, rocky cliffs
moldable and yet stony
immovable and wise.

I am the dawn
A promise, a lie
The sun breaking through clouds
The song of a morning
The birth of a begining

I am the dusk,
An end, a truth
The moon rising above...

I write because my self expression has always been done with art.
