The DNA of all human beings is 99.9% identical
That almost insignificant 0.1% is what makes us all beautiful, unique individuals
With different religions, from different regions
Practicing different rituals
And isn’t it a shame
That tiny 0.1% is to blame
For discrimination and racism
Because you and I
We are not the same?
0.1%
It stripped us of our basic human rights
And right and wrong blurred together
Created a terrible grey
Like clouds smothering the Sun’s rays
