Its edges frozen now in silent fear

And while the ice observes the water's strait
It cannot tell the water where to go
Stream's winding bed will lead it to its fate
With all the fish still swimming with the flow

Some crying clouds despair of finding rest
They beg the moon to shine upon their plight
