How do I improve these?

See you later

August 29, 2020

When erasers finish,
When youth fades away,
and When candles burn out,
We would always say "Goodbye."

When rivers dry out,
When the Rubik's cube is solved,
and When a song ends,
We may say, "See you later."

When we part today, let's say, "See you later," to each other.
I edited my metaphors a bit, I thought these would be better.

Its somehow sad. But I loved it so much, the way you wrote it so simply is beautiful!
