It all happened in a minute. It started with a glow. A red haze. Then it broadened to encompass the whole of the horizon. The yellow came next. A beautiful gold color that seemed to be painted right there in the sky. The seconds ticked on and the yellow creeped futher and further upwards, soon overtaking the red. An orb of it breached the surface, blinding me with its almost white shine. Its light spilled over the landscape and warmly rested on my cheeks. The sun had found me, and I was watching as it happened.
