She stood face to face with the bear. She could feel it's breath blowing into her eyes.
She held its stare.
"We can do this all day," She said, though she knew it couldn't understand her. She clenched her fists until her fingernails dug into her palms. She didn't want to be brave. She wasn'tusuallybrave. But she had to be now. She held her hand out in front of the bear who grunted, hot air blowing onto her hand.I can do this, I just have to get on the bear.Easier said than done.
