I opened the door only to see him standing there, his face glowing in the moonlight. It was too late to close the door. Too late to shy away from what was about to come. He stepped into the doorway, closing the space between us. I could feel the warmth of his breath, the rapid beating of his heart through his cotton shirt.
He pulled me close, and oh, how could I possibly resist what I'd been waiting for, for what seemed like an eternity?
