Quiet Beauty

January 10, 2019

sparkling drops
that fell from the sky
and you never think about it
but they know how to fly
glorious sights they must've seen
the hideous, the marvelous
and all in between.
voiceless they sit
a kind of quiet beauty
I hope you like it!

Wow, this was such a sweet poem that was written so well! Your rhymes flowed amazingly and there was never an awkward line that made me pause while reading it. Instead, it flowed beautifully with your wonderful word choice and expertly done rhymes. I loved descriptions like, "sparkling drops" and "but they know how to fly". These descriptions of rain are truly beautiful and I love the comparison of how they seem to fly:) And, your ending was fantastic, I love your creative choice as describing them as voiceless in their quiet beauty. This was so poetic and truly showed the Extraordinary in the ordinary;)
    Incredible job and keep writing:)
