A smell elapses my nose, quick, threatening, calming.
It is the smell of summer roses in the evening, budding pink and glossy
It is the smell of a blooming flower
A sight elapses my eyes, quick, threatening, calming.
It is the sight of summer roses in the evening, the sun dripping down over them
It is the smell of a blooming flower
A taste elapses my mouth, quick, threatening, calming
It is the taste of oily, liquid metal, as pinky red as the summer roses
It is the taste of a blooming flower
A touch elapses my hands, quick, threatening, calming.
It is the touch of summer roses in the evening, silver smooth and silky
It is the touch of a blooming flower.
It is the senses
Of the rosy room
And the senses
Of the blade in her skin
