I’m digging through the files in my head
the ones that date back years, years, and years,
But in all the file cabinet drawers I yank open
the memories that, according to the label,
should be in there,
have deteriorated to almost nothing.
I can only scrap together the remains,
blow off the dust and squint to read.

And so I can be sure of nothing.

to read. / And so I can be sure of nothing." so mysterious! so intriguing! so lovely!

Simple and short but lot's of meaning packed into a few words. Conveys a lot! Relatable in someways. adfodjasfodjojsadjosnf really good

This is so simplistic, but there is so much power in these words. It's relatable in a way as well. I love it. :)
