Her boyfriend stroked her ebony curls and stared at her ice blue eyes intensely. The fight had been nearly two hours ago but the tension still lurked. The couch shifted along with him. "You're still mad, aren't you," she murmured. The air clung to their skin. Not even a diamond could cut this tension. "No." She sat up and looked into his eyes. "No?" He came closer to her face and cupped her cheek. "No, I love you and I realized that I almost lost you today," he frowned. "You could never get rid of me," she giggled lightly, "Even if you wanted to." She quickly realized the tension was their unsaid words. "I love you."
