Writing. Inspired. Art.
I've always been inspired by animation. It's strange really, but that's why I write!
The biggest challenge is to convey that in words.

Remember to write what you love! Peace!

The Witch's Spell

July 3, 2018

A night of lore descents on a grimly-kept house of secrets.

A witch and a dwarf were found fiddling with magic.

Witch: Let's start with this wicked spell!
Go grab me four turtles, Vhel!

Dwarf: He' ye go!

Witch: Now, off to the cauldron bubbles,
For your shells to swell!

Froth! Rise! Rise and bring on hell!
Time to turn the heat up! Vhel!

Dwarf: Oh-yes! It's my time to tell,
For you to know me as clear as well!
I'm the fifth dwarf under Madame,
but I'm more loyal than those tiny scams!

Witch: The tail! Give me the dragon's tail!

Dwarf: Where is it? Demon, Serpent, and Ram? it is! As well as the stone pentagram.

Witch: Wrong! Wrong! That is clearly lamb!
I said give me the dragon's tail,
Underneath all those enchanted ham!

Dwarf: And so it is!
He' ye go!

Witch: Now, off to the cauldron's trouble,
For your tail to pale!
Stink! Spread! Spread and start to wail!
Vhel, give me the devil's scale!

Dwarf: On it! My madame frail!
Hail, Black Mail, Magic Kale,
Oh, here it is! The devil's scale!
Madame, tell me why Lucifer left a trail?

Witch: No time, Vhel!!
Now, hand me that devil's scale!

Dwarf: He' ye go!
But Madame, I wish to seek about that spell's tale!
What is it for?

Witch: Quiet, Vhel!
I'm about to quell this horrid smell!

Dwarf: Sorry, Madame Scraell...

Witch: Now, off to the cauldron's shuffle,
For your scale to fail!
Spell! Heed! Heed my craft and sail!
Sail to my very grasp and prevail!!!

The cauldron started to tremble, and furious it was it hurled out magic!

Dwarf: It's actually happening!
The spell's coming to be realized!

Witch: Yes!
Yes~!!! At last!
The spell to make me short again!!!

And so, the witch, barely even tall, became small enough for the dwarf.

Did they get married? Who knows.

But, life continues its course.
Yep, it's another weird one up for grabs! I hope you enjoy it! Let me know what you think~

I got this sort of old Disney movies vibe that went with this piece so that's why it sounds and looks good even though in paper it's weirdddddd~ @Riley

This is like the good kind of strange! I couldn't help but keep reading it even though it really wasn't making any sense. It brought a smaile to my face, so thats good!

I'm no sailor, but to ship these two is the vaguest thing I've got on mind XD This piece was as random as most of my pieces were XD

And, I'll try your prompts one of these days! I just have to have TIMEEEEEEEE and don't worry, I know you're not copying :D

The last two sentences are singlehandedly the biggest violation to my shipping life in the history of ever. This is quite similar to an idea I'm gonna do for one of my prompts (How does a scientist use their talents to benefit the relationship) so if you read that when I write it, I PROMISE I WASNT COPYING AHH FORGIVE ME

Haha, this is weird. Love it.

Anyways, I'm watching an animated movie you might like. It's like a Studio Ghibli movie, but not. So far, it reminds me a bit of Kit's Delivery Service, Howl's Moving Castle (when it comes to the scenery), and Spirited Away (when it comes to the creatures). It's called Mary and the Witch's Flowers. It's available on Netflix.

Here's a link to the trailer:

Tell me what you think if you watch it. I'm halfway through and really enjoying it.
