Add to this musing please (if you want to that is)
The line that stands out to me the most is "What is time?" because I find it very existential and intriguing. So many people take the concept of time for granted and believe it to be how many hours there are in a day or how many days are in a year, but you bring out a new concept. You beg the question that "Are we time?", not the time we imagine, but the time that existed before the Big Bang, which created us and it remains in our bodies, even after death. I also like your idea of time being "like a ruler" that's "infinitely long" because a ruler measures things and nobody knows how long time is.
Very fascinated by this new concept because were this to be brought to light by the scientific or even philosophical community, it could change the way we think about time itself and possibly unlock the universe's greatest secrets. You truly have a gift for coming up with amazing ideas.
What inspired you to write this piece? Do you consider yourself an existentialist who wants to unlock the secrets of the universe or was this just a concept you came up with one fateful day? How did you feel before and after writing it? Enlightened? Fascinated? Wishing to learn more? Complex?
