PROMPT: Slow Seeing

Your eyes adjust to the sudden brightness as the sun reaches you from atop the horizon. It rises through the sea of smeared colors. The grass and plants bend and bow as the early morning winds usher forth the new day. The birds begin to herald the dawn and the animals begin to awaken. The trees are bathed in light and sway in the breeze. The hills stretch as far as the eye can see and all around you, the world wakes up.
