The feedback I would like to receive is if this piece flows well together, and if the stanzas make sense in this specific order.

PROMPT: Poetry

3
The tips of my fingers just barely scrape the surface of your thrill,
gripped by winding streets and blooming skyscrapers.
The pavement is stained with your aging name.

I wander among the graffiti strewn across your core,
tattooed with artificial lights and the pursuit of happiness.
You have robbed me of my breath that others use to survive.

Your deafening tumults create a language that is born on the tip of my tongue
and burn my lips in the midst of forming a single word.
You are all I want.

I will forever be set afire by your naked honesty.
I have lost my curiosity and common sense
to alleyways littered with crushed vials and cracked cigarettes.

I never feel surges of lust fill my throat when I speak
of a name that is not your own. My veins never tingle
or twist with fear and perplexity when I am not wallowing

within your shouting streets. I just want to continue inhaling
and exhaling — because you are all I want. The tips of my fingers
just barely scrape the surface of your thrill,

robbing me of my breath
which is gripped by blooming skyscrapers
and the pursuit of happiness.

Also, can I just say that the line: "I will forever be set afire by your naked honesty.
I have lost my curiosity and common sense
to alleyways littered with crushed vials and cracked cigarettes. " Might just be the most beautiful thing I've ever read.

Words cannot describe how much this poem blew me away. Just. Beautiful.
