"Ugh, a red light" I muttered under my breath, " I got no time for this foolishness!"

"We have a 21 year old male in ICU with a decreased level of conciseness and a severe head injury,"
"How's his breathing?"
"Checking."
"Breathing?
"None"

"Hey Jaron."
"Hey, how do you know me and why do you look just like me, but older?"
"I am you, and I'm here to warn you. When you see a red light, always stop!"
"Hey, wait older me where'd you go?"

12 years later

"Ugh, a red light" I muttered under my breath, "" I got no time for this foolishness!"

What drew you into this story? How did the writer pique your interest?

I read the title and it said "Red Light" which caused me to think of cars. I despise cars and driving so I decided to read the story.

Flash fiction requires the writer to use the power of suggestion—planting an idea or question in the reader’s head without explaining fully. Where did the writer do this successfully?

Throughout the whole story, it's never explicitly stated but it's pretty clear that this story is about driving and getting into a car accident because someone ran a red light.

Were there any places where maybe too much was left unsaid, leaving you confused?

I think the story wasn't confusing. It was easy to understand and the story was conveyed well.

What words of encouragement do you have for this writer as they continue drafting their story?

I think your story stands out compared to other stories because of your style- using mainly people talking. I love stories like that. Also it brings up a good point too. Good job
