Thanks for stopping by! Hope you are having an utterly spectacular day (or night, for the matter; I'm not judging those of you who are on here at midnight. Because... me too, sometimes).

It grasps the threads of life, though
Its body is sleek, shiny copper

Miniscule, reflected mountains
Are its fountain of strength

Though it's no longer than the sigh of relief
That can only be heard

When its presence is discovered
Upon my lowly dresser

Hair pins aren't a big deal until it's pitch-black backstage, your hair is a wreck from a poorly-executed quick change, and you're on in ten seconds. Oh, how I love the theater.

Ah this is brilliant! And tell me about backstage, in the moment it's just panic but it makes for the best memories!
