The modernisation of civilisation

May 30, 2021

Long, sweeping curves of
Concrete, interweaving and overlapping,
Breaking off and joining in -
An intricate dance, a
Waltz across nations. Twirling
Like a ballet, passionate
As a tango; spinning past
Windswept trees and grasses that
Barely stand. Effortless in their
Grace and beauty, but

How far is too far?
