The sad song of a blue bird (Review for review)

December 16, 2020

Once when I was very young,
A bluebird came to me,
He sang an eerie, tragic song,
Before he had to flee;

I watched the clock hung on the wall,
For when she would arrive,
Back then I thought I had it all,
But I was only five;

Bluebird, bluebird who came to me,
Sing me your sad song,
Bluebird, bluebird, what came to be,
Tell me she was wrong;

Once when I was very young,
I still remembered that day,
The bluebird sang that tragic song,
He knew what was at bay;

Once I wore a pitch black dress,
That matched the state of me,
All the pain and dark distress,
That took her in her sleep;

Bluebird, bluebird, come to me,
Sing me your sad song,
Bluebird, bluebird; I should've seen,
You knew it all along.

Hello! I would really like to make this better so I'll do a review for review. I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend.

    Re: There actually is a second part I've published, with a very similar title minus the 'Beginning' part. It goes right after that, and I am working on the next chapter.
