Rose's Cradle (name up for grabs)

The blushing azure sky
reaches down to cradle,
the drooping rose
In its white-spotted hands;
And plants a kiss upon the browning petals,
With golden lips.

Cold's Revenge (name also not in stone)

In the wintry thralls,
Upon the north wind where the albatross caws-
Inside the eye of the storm,
Where gray clouds are torn-
by the spindly fingers of lightning.
Where frost coats the world in a frightening-
Trench-coat o' crushed velvet.
In this place:
even breathing, (through noses and lips, red and cracked as broken hearts)
is a gambit.
