THIS IS A COLLECTION OF SHORT POEMS UNDER A SINGLE TITLE
XXXVIII. my calves burn
and my chest carries the weight
of a thousand swords
and there's a lump in my thorat
and it feels so wrong
to be so humane
and i'm trying
and my eyes sting
and i'm tired
and i'm running
farther
and farther
away
from something i don't need
it's pathetic,
because it can't even be seen.
What did you think when you read that? What did you feel? Even if it was the most unintelligible scene or incomprehensible nonsense, tell me, please. I'd like to know.

This made me feel.... It kinda made me think about the purpose in life, like how most of the time we're just looking for something we will never find, I mean, that is technically what everyone does their whole lives, trying to find satisfaction. But the thing is, you can never be completely satisfied. It is human nature to always want more.
