I really loved the fairy-tale elements in this story, and the format was super creative. I also adored the way you introduced the three central characters, and transitioned the story so smoothly between their perspectives!
I don't think any significant revisions are necessary for this piece, but I feel that you could make it even more amazing if you expanded your descriptions a little. Your dialogue throughout the story was super vivid, and it would be awesome if you could boost your description of scenery and the characters themselves. I understand that you may be going for a "fly-over narrator" (as I like to call them - those omniscient narrators in fairy-tales that zoom over the scene), but if you just used a few sentences here and there to build on the descriptions you already have going on, I think this piece would be even more impactful. For instance, when you described Phillip exploring the coast, I loved how you mentioned the sound of seagulls and the sea on the rocks. That gives me a really nice auditory image of the scene, but I'd love if you could expand a little. The hue of the seawater? The splash of foam? The tang of brine? The shine of the sun? Totally up to you to explore! I've also noticed a few minor grammatical errors and typos throughout the piece. Don't worry, though, everyone makes them, and it's totally fine if you miss a few apostrophes or don't capitalize a letter while writing. When you're writing your first draft, feel free to ignore grammar completely, and just focus on getting all your wonderful ideas out on the page. Then, once you've finished, read through your piece several times. If you can, reading it aloud is even better, as not only can you catch minor grammatical mistakes as these, but you can also find any sentences that sound awkward or clunky. I hope that's helpful!
Keep up the awesome writing! I'd love to read this piece again if you choose to revise it, and I'd really love to read a piece on Silver's background. :D
