THIS IS A COLLECTION OF SHORT POEMS UNDER A SINGLE TITLE
XXIV. you clutched your heart sobbing,
tears streaming down your face
like a silver river.
i felt nothing,
but still, i would comfort you.
and so i walked passed you,
while the butterflies came,
with their sweet voices
and a warm presence.
even when you all brand me heartless
and say i am cold,
those remarks mean nothing to me,
because at the end of the day,
i plucked those stars from your sky,
just so you would not notice.
What did you think when you read that? Tell me, please. Even if it was the smallest flash of a scene, nearly unintelligible, bear me your imagination.

"because at the end of the day, / i plucked those stars from your sky, / just so you would not notice." & " i felt nothing, / but still, i would comfort you."
these lines stood out to me most and i felt in awe, it was just so, softly heartbreaking. your poetry i feel like is so different, simplistic and direct, but with such beautifully painful imagery and abstract concepts at the same time; i love this. and the whole "collections of poems under a single title" is honestly so brilliant and unique i'm obsessed with it. your user & account----i stan
