i know that it's hard
on days when you wish
you could just stay in bed
to get up and take care of yourself

so here's your reminder
to get out of your bed
get something to eat
and get something to drink

i know that it's hard to eat
when there's so many reasons not to
but i'm here to tell you
eating will not make you fat
hunger will not make you feel better
eating will only give you energy
to face the day to come

so even though it's hard
to take care of yourself
do it with me
so we can overcome it
if you struggle with eating enough, you're not alone. also, really, get something to eat even if it's small. i care about every one of you, and you all better be getting the nutrition you need. drink water too, because that's important. stay safe everyone <3

    I feel as though we have such complex relationships with food. I used to have a love/hate relationship with it. But now it is just my really tasty medicine I look forward to.
