dreamers may forgive but they never forget

August 8, 2020

She watches behind a book, whimsical eyes glittering. No one thinks she pay attention to the man screeching at her classmate, slapping him hard. After all, dreamers pass through life like it's a cloud, and most believe her mind is far away.

Judgement day will approach, she knows, flipping a page. And she awaits that day eagerly.

I love this snapshot of a 'dreamer's' thought. This has a psychotic ring to it which adds a layer of darkness/mystery. Not realistically super relatable, but intriguing nonetheless.
    Keep on! God bless!

I love your writing style! I just found one tiny typo "pay" should be "pays".
