sculpted jawline
chiseled to perfection,
cutting through hearts
with a fine precision.
deep, dark eyes gazing around
swimming through sparkling queries,
glinting curiosity,
infused with a
fierce calmness.
sparks of stars,
a glow of sunlight
settled in your iris.
you tell yourself you must
see everything. know everything.
satisfy your wonder.

you spend your life peering
through a camera lens.
zoom in, zoom out,
just when i thought you've
seen it all,
you turn your head
and tilt the camera
and find yet another beauty.
picture perfect moments,
snap all the memories.
collect the feelings,
order them into albums,
preserve them until you die.
put the camera away, darling.
there's still a great deal more to see
with your eyes.

striking looks on tanned skin,
you practically breathe
an intoxicating handsomeness.
sometimes you smirk because
you know it. you own it.
it comes so naturally to you,
you don't even think twice.
wardrobe filled to the brim with gucci,
sipping rich red wine from your private collection:
the finest things.
all wrapped up in a mature pose
and a quirk of your eyebrow.
take off that mask, darling;
you look better without it.

there's an childish innocence
in the sparkle of your eye.
untold wonders
captured in the secret
of your soul.
your precious boxy smile
makes my heart melt to my toes.
i want to make a heart shape
with both of our hands.
bending fingers to form an endless connection.
your voice may be low, but this time
you giggle.
its endearing. like a winter bear.
cosy and cute.
stay pure.

wander through the endless halls
of art galleries.
a maze of colour,
creative galore.
an artist's paradise.
searching for something by the name of
vincent van gogh.
you sure have expectations.
are they only fulfilled by brushstrokes
inklings of impressionist insights?
your vision clouded by a forever
starry night.
are you going to take a photo of that?
