as I wail my woes.

argue with me
because I'm not perfect.

furrow your brow
because I shy away from your scoldings.

chase after me
as I flee from your words.

explode with anger
because you can't stand it anymore.

spit your poison
as I cower before you.

ignore my pleads
as I beg you to stop.

smash that vase
like my shattered heart.

turn your back
as I sob among the shards.

slam the door
as you storm off into the rain.

cry with me
because love is a lie, lie
