I see disagreements.
 
Pride?
It’s almost desperation.
 
We struggle,
For importance.
 
Tradition, History and Culture.
Are to be honoured.
 
But they’re used as logs
In flames
 
That cause nothing
But destruction
 
Why can’t we overcome?
The disagreements.
 
What is there?
To be desperate about.
 
We have importance,
We all do.
 
But, By what?
Colour?
Religion, Caste or Heritage?
 
No!
By humans.
 
Why can’t we give?
What people want.
 
Respect…
Lives…
Breath…
 
Why can’t we imagine a world?
Filled with:
 
Love…
Kindness…
Unity…
