5 ways to sleep

May 22, 2020

PROMPT: Enumeration

  1. cry your self to sleep. It works all the time for me.
  2. read a book. I don't but lots of people do and it works. But its best not to read horror stories.
  3. drink warm milk. I did it when I was younger and I slept like a baby. U>
  4. watch something. It will make u get tired because you're trying your keep your eyes open.
  5. take sleeping medication. If not then try some other things in this list.

Thank you so much for this! I been having trouble sleeping lately and this would really help me. Also, now that I think of it, reading has always helped me fall asleep. Thank you once again! :)

I agree with all of these except “watch something”. Studies show that looking at electronics before sleeping is bad for you. They say you should only look at electronics one hour before sleeping. Anyway, the rest was very helpful. Thank you!

A way to not sleep is to sneak your ds into your room at night. Being aware of if your parents are coming will keep you up all night
