The trees stood in a gray depression dried out and beaten naked from the wind. But watching from the car, they appeared so still one could not tell the wind was present at all. I thought them rather pathetic, sitting in their own self-pity.

    Very true that it's how we tend to view people. Really sad that we do.

    Question. Do you remember the first chapter of Past Memories that I wrote? I have a question that I, as a pathetic human, want a lot of opinions on. And yes. It does have EVERYTHING to do with Past Memories. Sorry for taking your time...
