Message from Writer

Hi everyone!
I’m Esther; an inspiring author, lover of strong coffee and strong tea, lives by her literary heros JRR Tolkien, Harper Lee, E Lockhart and of course JK Rowling. I believe some songs tell better stories then some novels and the lyrics derserve to be study as equals to litruature.
I hope you give my writing a go and I look forward to reading and enjoying your pieces.

Types of Bookworms

February 14, 2019

Hardcover- dark shelves, expensive bookmarks, doesn’t like reading their book because of damage, won’t ever dare of dog-earing, milky tea, salt lamps, bright afternoons, silk dressing gowns, perfectionist.

Paperback- overfilled shelves, reading so late you didn’t know you slept until you wale up, oversized pajama tops, messy buns, fruit tea, long socks, wants hardcovers, reading wrapped in a blanket, incense, essential oils.

Second hand- Sunday morning brunch, spending the day looking in op shops, black tea, moisturizer, can’t stand YA fiction, doesn’t see what’s wrong in dog earing, public transport, dark nails, baggy jeans.

Also, although I've been given TONS of fancy bookmarks (yep, I'm that much of a nerd people buy me bookmarks for my birthday), I honestly never use them because 1) I lose them, or 2) they are way too thick and hurt the spine of the book, so I CAN'T use them, (which is really rather annoying-- who makes a bookmark so thick it HURTS the BOOK?!) Anyway, I forgot to add that, and was looking at everyone else's comments, and just thought it was so accurate, because I totally use random scraps of paper all the time to bookmark my page.

I'm hardcover and paperback combined. Don't you dare dogear your pages (*gasp* How COULD you!?) perfectionist (OMG I spelled a word wrong, welp, guess I'm writing this page again!), overfilled shelves (Mom! I really need more space!), reading way too late (*starts at 10, looks up and it's 1* holy cow! I've got school tomorrow! Dang-it, Anna!), reading wrapped in a blanket (not because I'm cold, but because if I don't keep myself anchored to the real world, I will literally forget where I am). I love all of your work, especially regarding the persons based on what they do. You're such an amazing writer, and I can't wait to see where you go with it!

I'm not any particular one, but I've always preferred paperbacks. I also always lose bookmarks and then use paper scraps to mark my spot.
